SoC Characterization Product Engineer

As a SoC Characterization Product Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will contribute to the development of high-performance, power-efficient system-on-chip processors. Your daily responsibilities involve performing data analysis, characterization, and fault isolation to resolve root causes while defining correlation between ATE and various logic boards. You will study how hardware impacts SoC performance, perform yield analyses for test insertions, and define production screening guard-band specifications based on design intent. Collaborating with design, process, and test engineers, you will implement corrective actions for new and mature products while supporting test time reduction activities. The role requires expertise in scripting languages like Python and PERL, knowledge of electronic engineering fundamentals, DFT concepts, and experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers to solve complex hardware challenges.
