As a SoC Characterization Product Engineer within the Silicon Technologies group, you will focus on product characterization across various setups and define correlation between ATE and different logic boards. What you'll do

Perform data analysis and fault isolation to identify the root causes of hardware issues.
Correlate test results between ATE systems and various hardware setups.
Study the impact of hardware components on overall SoC performance.
Define production screening guard-band specifications based on design intent and characterization results.
Analyze mass data sets to establish appropriate test limits.
Conduct yield and correlation analyses for all levels of test insertions.
Execute characterization activities specifically aimed at reducing test time.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.
In depth knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process and Electronic Engineering Fundamentals (preferred).
Understanding of DFT concepts (preferred).
Experience in system level or mother board characterization and data collection (preferred).
Expertise in programming with scripting languages like PERL or Python (preferred).
Knowledge of test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers (preferred).
Board bring up, hardware design, and PDN noise analysis experience (preferred).
Excellent interpersonal skills to work with internal team members and external suppliers (preferred).
