SLT Program Manager

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end SLT execution for multiple concurrent XPU programs from silicon bring-up through high-volume production.
• Translate customer test specifications and quality gates into actionable SLT plans and electrical test coverage.
• Manage portfolio prioritization for equipment, site capacity, and engineer time across US and Asia locations.
• Travel to Asia production sites to manage test floor execution, resolve operational blockers, and ensure schedule adherence.
• Forecast SLT capacity requirements and optimize equipment utilization and shift planning across distributed sites.
• Evaluate and pilot new test methodologies and ATE equipment investments in partnership with Design and DFT teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis on yield misses, test escapes, and schedule delays to drive corrective actions.
• Drive SLT yield improvement initiatives and DPPM reduction targets through cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and design.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience.
• 9+ years in semiconductor test engineering or test operations including SLT, probe test, or production test.
• 3–5 years in program or operations leadership with schedule, cost, or quality accountability.
• Hands-on expertise in ATE programming, test methodology, yield debugging, and SLT tool flows.
• Demonstrated success shipping 2+ high-volume programs from silicon bring-up through ramp.
• Experience working with cross-geographic or distributed teams and managing asynchronous collaboration across time zones.
• Proficiency with test data analysis, yield correlation, and statistical methods.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally to Asia production sites.
