What you'll do

Develop and execute the program Plan of Record including schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Manage multiple small programs or a single complex technology to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery.
Track key program metrics and escalate significant deviations from the Plan of Record with corrective actions.
Assign tasks and manage the work of the program team by establishing clear schedules and priorities.
Identify program risks and maintain a risk tracker with corresponding mitigation plans.
Promote program vision and objectives while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Communicate complex information and negotiate with stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of Program Management or related work experience.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
PMP Certification (preferred).
7+ years of Program Management or related work experience (preferred).
3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (preferred).
2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization (preferred).
2+ years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards and Gantt charts (preferred).
