What you'll do

Gather customer requirements to design and build technical architectures for the Datadog platform.
Guide customers through the entire implementation lifecycle from initial discovery to final launch.
Lead co-development working sessions to help customers overcome technical roadblocks during onboarding.
Write automation scripts and design architecture for deployment templates.
Manage the day-to-day operations of customer implementation projects.
Develop technical roadmaps to accelerate customer time to value.

What we're looking for

Experience designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps Monitoring or architecture systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compute technologies like EC2, serverless, VMware, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with Configuration Management, IaC, and CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Programming and scripting experience in languages including Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, or .NET.
5+ years of experience as an Architect or Consultant in a professional services team.
Ability to travel via auto, train, or air up to 30% of the time.
Ability to sit for up to 4 hours while traveling to and from client sites.
