As a Services Architect 3, you will join the Implementation Services team to lead the discovery, design, build, and launch of the Datadog platform for customers. What you'll do

Gather customer requirements to design and build technical architectures for the Datadog platform.
Guide customers through the onboarding process via co-development working sessions.
Resolve technical roadblocks encountered by customers during the implementation phase.
Write automation scripts and design architecture for deployment templates.
Manage the day-to-day operations of customer implementation projects.
Develop technical roadmaps to accelerate customer time to value.
Support the deployment and launch of Datadog services for new clients.

What we're looking for

Experience designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps Monitoring or architecture systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience with compute technologies such as EC2, serverless, VMware, VMs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with Configuration Management, IaC, and CI/CD tools like Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
Programming and scripting experience in languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, or .NET.
Background in security operations, including SOC management, SIEM tooling, and zero-trust networking architectures.
5+ years of experience as an Architect or Consultant in a professional services team.
Ability to travel via auto, train, or air up to 30% of the time.
