As a ServiceNow Integration / Data Architect, you will join the ServiceNow Business Group to design how trusted data flows into the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with client data owners and solution architects to ensure accurate records and audit-ready evidence. Your daily responsibilities include mapping authoritative data sources, defining sources of truth, and designing integration patterns using Service Graph Connectors, REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps. You will build reconciliation and identification rules to maintain CMDB accuracy while preventing duplicate records. You must possess senior-level experience with the Common Service Data Model, identification rules, and controlled data ingestion patterns. The role focuses on solving technical problems related to data quality, governance, and reliable error handling within complex enterprise integration environments.
Map authoritative data sources and define the source of truth for all data types flowing into ServiceNow.
Design integration patterns using Service Graph Connectors, REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
Build reconciliation and identification rules to maintain CMDB accuracy and prevent duplicate records.
Define controlled data ingestion and evidence integration patterns to support governance and audit requirements.
Design error handling and monitoring systems to ensure integration reliability and rapid issue resolution.
Guide stakeholders through data quality and integration decisions in a client-facing consulting capacity.
What we're looking for
Senior-level experience in ServiceNow data and integration architecture.
Hands-on experience with Service Graph, REST APIs, import sets, transform maps, and data reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, identification rules, and duplicate prevention.
Experience defining controlled data ingestion and evidence patterns.
ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery or Service Mapping, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred).
Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Integration Engine, or MID Server–based integrations (preferred).
Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance programs, such as Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or AI Control Tower (AICT) (preferred).
Client-facing consulting experience guiding stakeholders through data quality and integration decisions (preferred).
