ServiceNow Architect

What you'll do

• Architect, design, and implement smart solutions using GCP/AWS cloud-native capabilities.
• Serve as the primary authority for ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Establish high-level solution intent and define responsibilities for major logical components.
• Create architectural deliverables including usage models, cost of ownership, and failure analysis.
• Ensure all solutions align with technology strategy, standard building blocks, and economic value.
• Prioritize and manage work required to meet the system's non-functional requirements.
• Provide technical oversight during implementation to ensure the final build aligns with solution intent.
• Evaluate, integrate, and govern AI tools within existing enterprise technology ecosystems.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture for large-scale systems.
• 3+ years of deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• 3+ years of expertise in core ServiceNow components including Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, and Performance Analytics.
• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow Studio/App Engine.
• 1 year or more experience with agentic AI architectures and practical application of GenAI in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, and other key ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with integration design patterns and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Knowledge of networking, compute, storage, security architecture, and cloud-native GCP/AWS services (preferred).
