ServiceNow Architect

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap to align with business needs.
• Lead solution design across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
• Establish and enforce platform standards, design patterns, and governance.
• Design scalable and resilient infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Evaluate, integrate, and govern AI tools within existing technology ecosystems.
• Develop reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and design templates.
• Mentor ServiceNow engineers and foster a community of practice.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture designing large-scale systems across multiple domains.
• 3+ years of deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• 3+ years of expertise in core ServiceNow components including Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and ServiceNow Studio/App Engine.
• 1+ year of experience with agentic AI architectures, AI skills development, and practical application of GenAI in enterprise environments.
• Experience with integration design patterns and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Knowledge of networking, compute, storage, and security architecture patterns (preferred).
• Experience with multi-cloud design patterns, cloud migration strategies, and cloud-native GCP/AWS services (preferred).
