ServiceNow AICT Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow AI Control Tower implementations.
• Translate client AI governance needs into scalable, well-structured technical designs.
• Own technical governance by setting architecture standards and guiding key design decisions.
• Design AICT configurations for roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Align AICT configurations with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) requirements.
• Validate releases, plugins, and dependencies to ensure smooth deployments and upgrades.
• Lead solution and technical reviews to ensure all deliverables are accurate and stable.

What we're looking for

• Senior-level experience architecting enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• In-depth knowledge of AICT applications, plugins, releases, roles, lifecycles, data models, and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead solution design, make sound technical decisions, and run quality reviews.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks, such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework or the EU AI Act (preferred).
• Experience in client-facing consulting roles, guiding stakeholders through complex platform decisions (preferred).
