What you'll do

  • Configure and develop ServiceNow forms, lists, catalog items, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
  • Build and support request fulfillment and ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, and Change management.
  • Create and maintain REST/SOAP and JSON/XML integrations using Integration Hub and MID Server.
  • Develop and support Service Portal and Next Experience components as needed.
  • Write technical documentation, update user stories, and provide work estimates.
  • Use Automated Test Framework (ATF) to manage update sets, source control, and release activities.
  • Triage and resolve platform incidents and defects while performing root cause analysis.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to deliver actionable status reports and metrics to teams.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD Top-Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval.
  • Must possess a DoD 8570 certification at IAT Level II (Security+, etc.) or higher.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with zero years of experience for Level 1.
  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of experience for Level 2.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide APIs, and experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD); Implementation Specialist (e.g., ITSM); ITIL Foundation (preferred).
