What you'll do

Provide weekly verification of PC and peripheral inventory across different networks.
Act as a liaison between various teams for tasking and inventory coordination.
Utilize inventory databases and other tools for accurate record keeping.
Troubleshoot, install, and configure desktops running Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Learn and apply cyber security methods and processes.
Configure user and computer accounts in Active Directory.
Support VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) as needed.
Perform remote administration and PowerShell scripting tasks.

What we're looking for

High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of additional education and/or experience.
US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) clearance.
Experience troubleshooting, installing, and configuring Windows OS desktops and Microsoft Office Suite.
Obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification within 6 months of hire.
Ability to lift 40 pounds and work shifts from 6am to 7pm, including after hours and weekends.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
CompTIA A+, Network+, Dell, or HP certifications (preferred).
