The SERVICENOW ARCHITECT joins the SCITLS team to design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform for USSTRATCOM. The architect will create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications while troubleshooting functionality issues. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline and over 15 years of related experience. The work involves providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments to support strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and global strike missions.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient ITSM processes.
Design and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet specific business needs.
Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and system notifications.
Support ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
Must have 15+ years of related experience.
Must have experience in ServiceNow platform design, development, and maintenance.
Must have experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant integration protocols.
Must obtain ITIL 4 Foundation certification within 9 months of start.
Must possess Security+, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, or CSSLP certification.
Master's Degree is desired (preferred).
