What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient ITSM processes.
Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications within the platform.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet specific business needs.
Support ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and other relevant protocols.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other internal systems.

What we're looking for

Must possess U.S. citizenship.
Must have a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
A Master's degree is desired.
Must have 15 or more years of related experience.
Must obtain ITIL 4 Foundation certification within nine months of starting.
Must possess Security+, CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, or CSSLP certification.
Must possess skills in ServiceNow platform design, development, and integration using REST, SOAP, and JSON.
