What you'll do

Author formal Requests for Change (RFCs) with implementation plans and execute tasks during maintenance windows.
Manage and resolve Tier I-III network incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
Perform operating system upgrades and security patching on Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS devices.
Audit network hardware against DISA STIG benchmarks and implement configuration hardening.
Monitor network health and telemetry using SolarWinds to troubleshoot campus and datacenter connectivity.
Support firewall operations and troubleshoot traffic issues across Palo Alto appliances.
Troubleshoot Network Access Control (NAC) and authentication issues using ForeScout, TACACS+, and RADIUS.
Execute physical installations including racking, cabling, and labeling of network hardware.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Must have 8+ years of related experience.
Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Must have Security+ or DoD 8140 Compliant Certification.
Must have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
Must have ITIL Foundations v4 Certificate or the ability to obtain within 9 months.
Must have hands-on experience configuring and updating Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS network devices.
