What you'll do

Author formal Requests for Change (RFCs) with implementation plans and execute tasks during authorized maintenance windows.
Resolve Tier I-III network incidents, service requests, and task orders while maintaining detailed troubleshooting documentation in ServiceNow.
Perform operating system upgrades and security patches on Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS devices to ensure stability.
Audit and harden network switches and routers against DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) benchmarks.
Monitor enterprise network health using SolarWinds to triage and resolve campus and datacenter connectivity issues.
Manage firewall operations, security rule modifications, and traffic troubleshooting on Palo Alto appliances.
Troubleshoot Network Access Control (NAC) and authentication issues using ForeScout, Cisco TACACS+, and RADIUS platforms.
Perform physical installations including racking, cabling, labeling, and decommissioning of network hardware in datacenter facilities.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Must have 8 or more years of related experience.
Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Must hold Security+ or DoD 8140 compliant certification.
Must hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
Must have ITIL Foundations v4 Certificate or the ability to obtain it within 9 months.
Must have hands-on experience configuring and managing Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS devices.
