Service Engineer II, A365 and AI Admin

What you'll do

• Administer Microsoft 365 and AI capabilities across internal tenants, including configuration, controls, and service onboarding.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and related connectors using approved policies and controls.
• Develop and maintain automation using Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and APIs to reduce manual effort and ensure consistency.
• Monitor service health, audit events, and usage telemetry while performing root-cause analysis for incident response.
• Implement governance requirements, configuration baselines, and security best practices across multiple tenants.
• Create documentation, operational runbooks, and engineering standards to improve the reliability of administration services.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of technical experience in software, network, service, or systems engineering (or equivalent).
• Must pass a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.
• Experience administering Microsoft cloud technologies like M365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Entra, Intune, Purview, or Defender (preferred).
• Experience using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, APIs, scripting, or automation to manage cloud services (preferred).
• Experience supporting secure service operations including RBAC, least-privilege, auditing, and governance (preferred).
• Experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, or comparable AI administration platforms (preferred).
• Experience with Kusto, Geneva, IcM, Azure Monitor, or similar telemetry and monitoring tools (preferred).
