Microsoft 365 Engineer

What you'll do

• Administer and support core Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage enterprise messaging infrastructure, mail flow, transport rules, and email security solutions like Proofpoint.
• Implement and maintain email authentication protocols including DMARC, SPF, and DKIM for domain protection.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to streamline operations and improve service reliability.
• Administer identity and access management tools such as Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and PIM.
• Monitor system performance and security while proactively resolving issues across collaboration and messaging platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems involving Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Defender for Office 365.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell scripting is required.
• Experience with Enterprise Messaging, Messaging Architecture, and Messaging Services is required.
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is required.
• Skills in Linux, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Server are required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is required.
• Proficiency with ChatGPT and Codex is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English is required.
