Solutions Engineer, Agents & Automation

What you'll do

• Build and deploy custom-engine agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder.
• Implement agent governance, security controls, and lifecycle management across Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Translate business requirements into production-ready workflows, automations, and integration patterns for enterprise AI solutions.
• Configure Power Platform environment strategies, including managed environments, DLP policies, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Design agent grounding and retrieval architectures using enterprise data sources like Azure AI Search and Microsoft Graph.
• Perform agent evaluations to test response quality, validate grounding, and improve overall reliability and user experience.
• Apply FinOps practices to manage costs for AI workloads, including credit planning and usage monitoring.
• Develop reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, design patterns, and implementation guides for internal and client use.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related technologies.
• Practical experience developing production agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry.
• Experience designing or implementing declarative and embedded agent experiences across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management across Power Platform and Microsoft 365 admin centers.
• Working knowledge of applied AI concepts, including prompt design, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications may include AB-900, PL-600, AB-100, or AI-103 (preferred).
