What you'll do

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for technical workstreams and cross-functional project milestones.
Coordinate security workstreams by managing planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
Track technical decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure they are visible and actively progressed.
Support process compliance, audit activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as the primary delivery interface between end users, technical leads, engineers, and third-party vendors.
Support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data, and support teams.

What we're looking for

5+ years of demonstrable experience working cross-functionally in a complex IT environment.
5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles.
Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and align security outcomes with business risks and priorities.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud architecture, risk reduction, and remediation.
Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Cyber security-related qualification (preferred).
3+ years of cyber security domain experience (preferred).
Relevant project delivery certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe (preferred).
Knowledge of security frameworks and methodologies, such as NIST (preferred).
Security certifications, such as CISM or CISSP (preferred).
