JOB TITLE: Cybersecurity, AVP - Technical Delivery Manager The Cybersecurity, AVP - Technical Delivery Manager joins the Cyber Platforms and Engineering team within the Global Cyber Security organization. This role focuses on transforming Security Operations into a product-led, customer-visible service model. You will lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams, specifically coordinating Data and AI workstreams while managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates. Daily responsibilities include tracking technical decisions, managing SLAs, KPIs, and service reviews, and acting as the primary interface between end users, engineers, and third-party vendors. You will support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, and infrastructure teams. Required skills include experience with SDLC, cloud architecture, and security frameworks like NIST. Technical proficiency in Confluence, Jira, MS Office, SIEM, EDR, and Data Engineering principles is essential.

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams and cross-functional project milestones.
Coordinate Data & AI workstreams including planning, dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
Track and manage technical decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure visibility and progress.
Manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as the primary delivery interface between end users, technical leads, engineers, and third-party vendors.
Support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, and data teams.
Manage controlled change, adoption, documentation, and handover to live services.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles.
5+ years of experience working cross-functionally in a complex security operations environment.
Knowledge of Security Frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST).
Cyber related qualification (preferred).
3+ years of Cyber Security domain experience (preferred).
Security certifications such as CISM or CISSP (preferred).
Project delivery certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe (preferred).
