What you'll do

  • Lead large-scale infrastructure managed services programs for global enterprise environments.
  • Own service delivery, operational KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
  • Oversee operations across multiple towers including Cloud, Network, Data Center, and Security.
  • Govern the complete lifecycle of hardware assets and software license compliance.
  • Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Drive infrastructure modernization through automation, AIOps, and cloud transformation.
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams and delivery managers.

What we're looking for

  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and building high-performance delivery organizations.
  • Experience managing Service Delivery Teams, Tower Leads, and Operations teams.
  • Experience with succession planning, training, and talent development.
  • Knowledge of Data Center Operations, Windows & Linux Platforms, Virtualization, Storage & Backup, and Enterprise Networking.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), ITSM Platforms, Monitoring & Observability Tools, and CMDB & Asset Management Platforms.
  • Knowledge of Security & Compliance Frameworks and Software Licensing & Vendor Management.
  • ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Expert (preferred).
  • PMP / PgMP (preferred).
  • Microsoft Azure Certifications (preferred).
