What you'll do

Serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and internal teams.
Manage all project phases including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
Develop comprehensive project plans featuring work breakdown structures, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations.
Monitor progress and track performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management standards.
Prepare regular status reports and deliver presentations to small groups regarding project milestones.
Utilize Agile methodologies, Jira, and Scrum Master principles to drive project performance.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 0 years of experience.
Alternatively, 4 years of related experience may be substituted for a degree.
Experience in project management execution, planning, scheduling, and closeout.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Project.
Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Scrum Master practices.
PMP Certification and active Top Secret clearance are preferred.
