Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) team is seeking a Senior Weapons Integration Engineer to join their multi-disciplinary Mission Systems team, responsible for developing autonomous air systems. Familiarity with Air-to-Air/Air-to-Ground weapons, MIL-STD standards, and experience in integrating systems onto aircraft are required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage risks effectively. Preferred candidates have additional experience in software programming or embedded systems using languages like C/C++, Rust, MATLAB, or Python.

  • Ability to develop program plans, estimates, and schedules
  • Develop technical material for reviews and meetings; support test events
  • Must have a Top Secret security clearance
  • Strong customer focus with problem-solving skills
