What you'll do

Provide end-to-end support for hardware setup and software configuration.
Pre-configure systems to ensure seamless integration with program infrastructure.
Troubleshoot real-time issues involving networking hardware, firewalls, routers, and cloud environments.
Author training documentation and instructions for end users and internal teams.
Perform hands-on assembly, repair, and maintenance of technical hardware in the field.

Conduct preventative maintenance on tower structures and related safety components.

What we're looking for

Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Strong experience with Network+ and Linux+.
Knowledge of basic DC electrical systems.
Proficiency in using hands and tools to assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware.
Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair site infrastructure including generators, solar power, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on tower structure components like guy wires and lightning protection systems.
Willingness to work with energetic materials such as warheads.
Ability to meet specific health and medical requirements for deployments in accordance with federal regulations.
