What you'll do

  • Provide end-to-end support for hardware setup and software configuration.
  • Pre-configure systems to ensure seamless integration with program infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot real-time issues involving networking hardware, firewalls, routers, and cloud environments.
  • Author training documentation and instructions for end users and internal teams.
  • Perform hands-on assembly, repair, and maintenance of technical hardware in the field.
  • Maintain critical site infrastructure including generators, solar power systems, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on tower structures and related safety components.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess and be able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
  • Strong experience with Network+ and Linux+.
  • Knowledge of basic DC electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in using hands and tools to assemble, repair, and maintain technical hardware.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair site infrastructure including generators, solar power, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to perform preventative maintenance on tower structure components like guy wires and lightning protection systems.
  • Willingness to work with energetic materials such as warheads.
  • Ability to meet specific health and medical requirements for deployments in accordance with federal regulations.
