Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects are essential. Preferred candidates also possess software programming experience, particularly with C/C++, Rust, MATLAB, or Python, and knowledge of Seek Eagle processes.

What you'll do

  • 9+ years of combined work experience with post-graduate study in engineering

  • Familiarity with Air-to-Air/Air-to-Ground weapons and MIL-STD standards
  • Ability to develop program plans, estimates, and schedules
  • Strong customer focus and technical problem-solving skills
  • Must have top secret security clearance
  • Develop and present technical material for reviews and meetings
