What you'll do

Deliver technical training and "Train the Trainer" courses for international military operators in the Middle East.
Conduct hands-on instruction at customer sites, hazard zones, and company test sites.
Design simulated training scenarios tailored to specific mission requirements and user contexts.
Develop training curricula including presentations, practical exercises, and computer-based training modules.
Maintain and update training materials to reflect new product features and system capabilities.
Act as a liaison between end users and internal teams to identify pain points and inform product development.
Manage the version control and organization of all training material repositories.

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience conducting technical training within the Middle East region for international users.
Training background with expertise in planning, developing, and delivering technical instruction.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including travel to Hazard Zones for 20-30 days at a time.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written proficiency required).
Expertise in Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles and capabilities (preferred).
Experience with Air Defense technology including autonomous systems, advanced C2 systems, and electronic warfare (preferred).
Experience or certification in testing and validation of RF systems (preferred).
