What you'll do

Lead the hardware development of customer terminal devices including mechanical, electrical, antenna, and industrial designs.
Ensure hardware design deliverables align with diagnostic and production device software requirements.
Manage project milestones by collaborating with manufacturing, quality, finance, and operations teams to mitigate risks.
Coordinate with overseas internal and external teams to develop products and manage global supply chain complexities.
Scale and evolve design review checkpoints to facilitate rapid decision-making during product development cycles.
Resolve critical technical issues and escalate matters to leadership when consensus cannot be reached on one-way door decisions.
Create agendas and presentations for Director and VP level meetings to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Manage the execution of hardware accessories, including cables and power supplies, alongside primary device components.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Master's degree in a technical field or an MBA (preferred).
PMP, SCRUM/Agile, or SAFe certification (preferred).
