What you'll do

Plan and execute system-level testing for hardware and software components.
Lead the development, certification, and integration testing of missile and weapon systems.
Collect and analyze test data to identify issues and inform engineering decisions.
Create developmental test plans, test cards, technical updates, and formal reports.
Conduct ground and flight tests at private and government-owned ranges.
Collaborate with program management to develop requirements based on observed test results.
Improve and develop testing processes through initial investigation of identified issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience as a test conductor/director for developmental aircraft, weapons, or missile systems.
Experience in test engineering for weapon or missile systems on manned and/or unmanned aircraft.
Working knowledge of MIL-STD-8591, MIL-STD-2088, MIL-STD-1553, MIL-STD-1760, AS8775, and AS5653.
Experience integrating and conducting tests with suspension, arming, and release equipment.
Expertise in the National Airspace System and UAS operating rules and regulations.
Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance.
