The Senior Technology Operations - App Partner Integrations role involves leading strategic app partner integration programs across the VIZIO OS ecosystem. Working within a team that manages strategic streaming native app partnerships, you will coordinate partner requirements, certification activities, and issue management for major platforms including Apple, Amazon, Google/YouTube, and Netflix. Your daily responsibilities include leading program management activities, conducting annual technical requirements reviews, monitoring certification programs for hardware and software initiatives, and managing partner service issues through ticket creation and escalation. You will utilize skills in technical program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership to drive consensus. The role requires deep knowledge of software integrations, release management, and the streaming add ecosystem, specifically addressing hardware requirements and TV manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
Lead program management for strategic app partners including Apple, Amazon, Google/YouTube, and Netflix.
Coordinate annual partner technical requirements reviews to drive alignment across internal stakeholders.
Monitor certification programs including partner devices, firmware versions, launch readiness, and milestones.
Manage partner service issues by creating tickets, tracking status, and overseeing deployment.
Facilitate recurring cross-functional and partner meetings to resolve program challenges and drive execution.
Communicate program status, risks, and data-driven recommendations to leadership teams.
Drive app integrations, certifications, and platform launches for the VIZIO OS ecosystem.
What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Proven expertise in technical program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.
Strong knowledge of software integrations, certification programs, release management, and issue resolution processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner relationships and drive consensus across teams.
Extensive experience monitoring program milestones, risks, dependencies, and operational performance.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven recommendations.
Solid understanding of the streaming app ecosystem, including software/hardware requirements, TV manufacturing, and user experiences.
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
