The Senior Manager, Technology Operations - Marketplace Risk leads complex, cross-functional technology programs within the Seller Risk organization. This role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Business teams to develop scalable solutions that strengthen marketplace trust and improve operational performance. You will define program goals, roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans while translating business needs into technology solutions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance using KPIs, conducting risk assessments, and developing mitigation strategies to improve platform integrity. Key competencies include program management, strategic planning, financial management, and data-driven decision-making. The role addresses the technical and business challenges of preventing fraud, abuse, and compliance risks while improving seller onboarding and monitoring. Experience in eCommerce, trust and safety, risk, compliance, or fraud domains is preferred.
Lead complex technology and operational programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
Define program goals, roadmaps, deliverables, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions by partnering with cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Significant experience leading large-scale technology, operations, strategy, or program management initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments.
Expertise in program management including strategic planning, execution, financial management, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology or operational solutions.
Strong analytical skills to leverage data, performance metrics, and business insights to drive decisions.
Experience in eCommerce, online marketplaces, trust & safety, risk, compliance, fraud, product strategy, or related technology domains (preferred).
