As a Senior Technical Success Manager, Public Sector, you will join the technical success team to manage a portfolio of accounts and provide essential guidance through deployment, daily operations, and incident management phases. You will serve as a primary technical resource for customers, leading complex onboarding projects, conducting service reviews, and advocating for customer needs across internal departments to drive feature adoption and growth. The role requires expertise in cybersecurity architecture, threat handling, and SOC operations within the endpoint security domain. Candidates must possess proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, along with experience in containerized environments. Technical requirements include scripting skills in Python, PHP, and Unix shell scripts, plus the ability to write database queries using MongoDB or similar tools. Act as the primary technical resource and account manager for assigned public sector customers.
Lead complex implementation and onboarding projects for SentinelOne products and services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during incidents and system outages.

What we're looking for
Must be a US citizen to support and operate within FedRAMP infrastructure.
Candidates may be subject to background checks up to and including secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree required.
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably in Endpoint Protection.
Hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role.
At least 3 years of field engineering experience such as Senior Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Pre-Sales Engineer.
3 to 5 years of experience directly engaging with enterprise customers.
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Linux, containerized environments, and scripting (Python, PHP, Unix shell) with MongoDB knowledge; experience in Endpoint Security and training delivery is preferred.
