What you'll do

Translate pre-sales command plans and business outcomes into clear, actionable objectives for public sector customers.

Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams like Support, Product Management, and Engineering.

Stay current on GitLab releases to help customers apply new features to their specific environments.
Use project management skills to plan and deliver customer enablement initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
Experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing role with a track record of driving satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
Experience connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes and defining measurable objectives for customers.
Understanding of Git, common branching strategies, and the software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps concepts.
Ability to manage a portfolio of public sector customers while balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and organizational skills to explain technical topics in simple language.
Demonstrated project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
