As a Senior Technical Program Manager within the Customer and Field Experience team, you will serve as the primary engineering point of contact for enterprise customers operating at massive scale. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other required security screenings.
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
At least 6 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
Experience reading or writing code and ability to write architecture level documents (preferred).
Experience supporting customer-facing technical discussions with engineering-oriented details (preferred).
Technical understanding of one or more cloud infrastructure domains such as compute, networking, storage, or AI (preferred).
