What you'll do

Drive the strategy and evolution of diagnostic platforms using telemetry, analytics, and AI-assisted engineering.
Improve platform supportability through data-driven operational insights to accelerate issue identification and mitigation.
Lead reliability improvements for mission-critical services by establishing service health frameworks and governance models.
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and improved engineering productivity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 6+ years of experience coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of engineering experience (preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 12+ years of engineering experience (preferred).
5+ years of experience in the networking and compute field (preferred).
