Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Engineering

What you'll do

• Contribute to end-to-end data architecture and modeling for the GMEE Data Platform.
• Own the data capability roadmap for Relationship Marketing initiatives and prioritize investment areas.
• Define technical data requirements based on business specifications through discovery and conceptual modeling.
• Coordinate with cross-domain owners to integrate, leverage, and secure access to shared data.
• Create data quality and monitoring models to ensure reliability and visibility across end-to-end flows.
• Negotiate with partner stakeholders to manage and resolve cross-team dependencies impacting roadmaps.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in big data technologies, architecture, modeling, design, acquisition, and delivery methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in big data technologies and principles (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
• 1+ year of experience reading and/or writing code, such as sample documentation or product demos (preferred).
• Experience in big data architectures including distributed data mesh, modeling, data lakes, metadata, lineage, and acquisition (preferred).
• Practical experience with data analysis and manipulation tools like SQL or Python (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders (preferred).
