Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions to foster a culture of innovation.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex projects in a large organization.
Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of AWS Snowflake, Databricks, and ETL.
Understanding of data management, data governance processes, and tools.
Advanced experience in technical fluency including vendor product knowledge and managing vendor relations.
Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Proficiency in using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management with strong validation habits and data sensitivity awareness.
Financial Services experience (preferred).
