What you'll do

Monitor program metrics across the OISL portfolio using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet dashboards.
Resolve cross-project resource conflicts and drive decisions on high-priority risks for senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership (preferred).
