Senior Technical Program Manager, ASIC

What you'll do

• Create project execution plans for ASIC/SOC development to meet power, performance, and functional specifications.
• Define ASIC bring-up readiness and test plans in coordination with communication system, EE, and software teams.
• Ensure ASIC/SOC development adheres to strict schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Drive engineering project execution by making technical trade-off recommendations and resolving blocking issues.
• Track and manage cross-functional deliverables across architecture, hardware, software, firmware, and packaging teams.
• Coordinate with external IP providers, Fabs, and OSAT silicon services to complete projects on time.
• Manage the full silicon development lifecycle from architecture definition through post-silicon management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of ASIC development experience in RTL, Verification, Validation, or Product/Test Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with ASIC engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
