What you'll do

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for macOS and Apple hardware across regional offices.
Provide Tier I, II, and III troubleshooting for complex macOS issues including file systems and encryption.
Manage Apple device inventory, configuration profiles, and patch management via enterprise MDM solutions.
Develop Bash, Python, or zsh scripts to automate macOS configurations and improve operational efficiency.
Resolve hardware, software, network, VOIP, and AV system issues for both Windows and Mac platforms.
Maintain IT infrastructure including Windows Servers, backup solutions, and core networking technologies like DNS and DHCP.
Execute technical projects such as office relocations, infrastructure upgrades, and large-scale technology rollouts.
Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures for the IT team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience).
10+ years of experience supporting Windows and Macintosh operating systems with significant depth in the macOS ecosystem.
5+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, networking, or AV systems.
Experience administering an enterprise MDM solution and managing IT equipment lifecycles.
CompTIA A+ certification.
CompTIA Net+ certification.
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification.
Jamf Certified Associate certification (or ability to obtain within a defined period of hire).
Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or zsh and strong knowledge of the macOS command line.
Ability to lift and transport IT equipment weighing 40–50 lbs.
Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) certification (preferred).
Microsoft AZ-800 or Cisco CCNA certifications (preferred).
Experience with Active Directory, Office suite, SharePoint, Autopilot, Zscaler, or MECM (preferred).
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Python coding (preferred).
