Manage and develop a team of recruiters supporting production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.
Own the end-to-end hiring strategy by forecasting demand with leaders and building talent pipelines.

Establish high performance standards for the recruiting team regarding sourcing activity, pipeline velocity, and offer acceptance.
Act as a subject matter expert in advanced sourcing techniques and tools to coach the recruiting team.

What we're looking for
Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.
10+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top-tier technical talent.
8+ years partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders using data to influence hiring decisions.
5+ years managing or mentoring a team of recruiters for time-sensitive, high-volume pipelines.
Experience recruiting in an agency or fast-paced startup environment for hardware, production, manufacturing engineering, or related technical roles.
Demonstrated track record of using recruiting analytics to initiate and sustain process improvements.
Ability to travel between sites as needed.
Experience standing up a talent acquisition function for a greenfield or rapidly scaling manufacturing site (preferred); knowledge of ITAR policies (preferred).
