Senior Systems Configurator, SAP Functional Analyst

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into integrated SAP configurations and functional designs.
• Lead SAP configuration for core processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Production Planning.
• Optimize business operations for supply chain, logistics, procurement, and warehouse management.
• Support the migration and modernization of the application landscape to S/4HANA and SaaS-first solutions.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of SAP enhancements and new functionalities.
• Support the integration of SAP with external systems and infrastructure.
• Perform issue triage, root-cause analysis, and production support for functional areas.
• Create and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Several years of hands-on SAP experience including configuration of one or more relevant modules such as SD, FI-CO, MM, WM, EWM, PP, or Ariba.
• Strong understanding of SAP principles and extensibility approaches for designing upgrade-safe, cloud-compliant solutions.
• Solid business process knowledge in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Production Planning, and Master Data.
• Experience supporting integration with other SAP modules and external systems using technologies like IDocs, APIs, or middleware.
• Familiarity with software testing, automation, and quality assurance practices to define and execute test plans.
• Ability to debug and analyze SAP systems, preferably with some ABAP knowledge.
• SAP certification in one or more relevant modules (preferred).
