Senior SAP SD Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Gather business requirements from SAP OTC users to design and deliver functional system solutions.
• Configure and develop scalable solutions for order management, pricing, output, delivery, and billing.
• Build and maintain critical integrations between SAP and satellite systems supporting the Order-to-Cash process.
• Create high-level project plans and detailed functional and technical design documents.
• Execute unit and integration test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage weekly and monthly deployment release cycles for system updates.
• Develop data migration strategies and provide ongoing production support for existing solutions.
• Create technical documentation and deliver user training for new SAP implementations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
• 8+ years of experience as an SAP SD business analyst with advanced knowledge in OTC configurations.
• Extensive experience in configuring, designing, and implementing Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Master data, Order Management, Output Management, Pricing, Delivery Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
• Experience in VMI Hub management and managing forward and reverse logistics through EDI processes.
• Proficiency in developing process flows with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with application developers and offshore teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions.
• Experience in High-Tech industry, BRIM, Software/Services processes, or SAP S/4 HANA systems (preferred).
