What you'll do

Design, configure, and upgrade low to medium complexity SAP applications and business systems.
Resolve technical issues and provide production support for end-users via issue tracking systems.
Perform impact analysis and conduct testing for system changes and performance improvements.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and internal process designs.
Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and manage project status with leadership.
Serve as a subject matter expert to guide workflow design and technical troubleshooting.
Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration tasks or activities to team members.
Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align system changes with business needs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience as an alternative to a degree.
At least 5 years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong general computer skills.
Experience configuring business systems software within the life science or healthcare industries.
Ability to provide technical support for SAP systems, including Solution Manager, S/4, Transports management, and Fiori.
Understanding of SAP Security architecture and experience working in a SoX compliant environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work in a complex matrix environment.
