Staff Systems Configurator, SAP Functional Analyst

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and support SAP solutions for Source-to-Deliver, Make-to-Ship, and Order-to-Delivery business processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into integrated SAP functional designs and robust configurations.
• Own the functional roadmap for specific domains and lead design decisions across multiple product teams.
• Define and champion SAP configuration standards, patterns, and guardrails for junior and mid-level configurators.
• Support the transition to S/4HANA and SaaS-first solutions by rationalizing and modernizing the application landscape.
• Provide final functional sign-off for high-risk changes while balancing stability, scalability, and speed of delivery.
• Drive the overall test strategy for functional domains, including automation and regression testing.
• Act as the top functional escalation point for complex incidents and perform root-cause analysis for systemic issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive hands-on SAP experience configuring one or more modules such as SD, FI-CO, MM, WM, EWM, PP, or Ariba.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end SAP solution delivery for complex programs, large deployments, or S/4 migrations.
• Strong business process knowledge in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Production Planning, and Master Data.
• Experience supporting SAP integrations with external systems using technologies like IDocs, APIs, or middleware.
• Familiarity with software testing, automation, and quality assurance practices to define and execute test plans.
• Ability to debug and analyze SAP systems, preferably with some ABAP knowledge.
• SAP certification in one or more relevant modules (preferred).
