Senior System and Reporting Analyst

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain BI solutions across the full analytics lifecycle from data ingestion to reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure high data quality.
• Implement and support end-to-end system integrations between SAP S/4HANA and third-party platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance, validation rules, and transformation logic to ensure data consistency.
• Monitor interface health and proactively resolve integration failures or data discrepancies.
• Partner with finance teams to translate business processes and strategic priorities into reporting requirements.
• Support data science projects including data exploration, feature preparation, and model evaluation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting end-to-end BI and analytics solutions.
• Hands-on experience with traditional data warehouse architectures, including centralized data warehouses and/or data marts.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling concepts like star schema, dimensional modeling, and semantic design.
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts.
• Ability to lead complex projects and communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Informatica, Data Factory), Alteryx, and Jira (preferred).
• Experience building data governance processes, documentation standards, or data quality frameworks (preferred).
