What you'll do

Design and maintain BI solutions across the analytics lifecycle from data ingestion to reporting.
Optimize data pipelines with engineering teams to ensure high-quality data availability.
Implement system integrations between SAP S/4HANA and third-party platforms like lease administration systems.
Establish and enforce data governance rules to ensure consistency across all systems.
Monitor interface health, resolve integration failures, and manage reconciliation processes proactively.
Support finance in understanding business needs and strategic priorities for reporting.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in designing and supporting end-to-end BI solutions.
Strong SQL skills and expertise in data modeling concepts like star schema and dimensional modeling.
Hands-on experience with traditional data warehouse architectures and ETL/ELT tools.
Proven ability to lead process improvement efforts and complex projects.
Experience building semantic layers for consistent, well-governed analytical models.
Expertise in Tableau and Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
