Systems Analyst Senior

What you'll do

• Create feature test strategies and define environment needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system enhancements.
• Coordinate workflow activities, track priorities, and resolve operational issues.
• Document high-level designs and architecture requirements to map to approved requirements.
• Mentor others on the use of tools to define system requirements.
• Develop training documentation and identify proactive documentation needs.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

What we're looking for

• Require a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
• Require a minimum of 3 years of experience documenting requirements and/or building test cases for various technologies.
• Accept any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background to the degree and experience requirements.
• Experience testing and product quality processes, tools, and methods (preferred).
• Project management experience and training in facilitation (preferred).
• Experience managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking work priorities, and resolving workflow issues (preferred).
• Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, and translating business needs into system and process enhancements (preferred).
