Senior Data Systems Analyst

What you'll do

• Define reporting requirements and document business process workflows to identify pain points and develop resolution roadmaps.
• Craft detailed user stories including metrics, dimensions, data fabrication logic, and validation rules for technical teams.
• Design and maintain Power BI, Tableau, and Databricks dashboards, curated datasets, and semantic layers.
• Partner with data engineers to consume data from the lake to create reports, benchmarks, and AI-driven solutions.
• Maintain data definitions, business glossaries, and logic while certifying data for specific areas of responsibility.
• Improve SAP data accessibility within modern platforms like Databricks through system enhancements and change control.
• Test delivered data assets by validating them against source applications to ensure accuracy and functional requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations/Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations in the Computer and/or Semiconductor Industries.
• Proficiency in analytics and BI development using Power BI, Tableau, and Databricks.
• Hands-on experience with SAP data including S/4HANA, ECC, and BW.
• High skill level in SQL, Python, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience implementing Data Warehouses in Databricks.
• Experience developing analytics in the Supply Chain Planning functional area for chips, boards, and systems manufacturing.
• Ability to develop AI solutions, Data Science, or Machine Learning (preferred).
