  • Lead investigations into high-impact quality events and drive RCCA and CAPA activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams from silicon to datacenter levels to provide end-to-end quality leadership.
  • Execute FMEA activities for risk mitigation on new, unique, different, or difficult components in the NPI roadmap.
  • Drive DFM, DFR, and DFQ initiatives to ensure manufacturing and design quality.

What we're looking for

  • A Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • A Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields and 4+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and meet government security screening requirements.
  • Must provide proof of citizenship or protected status for assessment of eligibility to access export-controlled information.
  • Experience in manufacturing and supplier quality engineering (preferred).
  • Experience in semiconductors and hi-tech manufacturing industry (preferred).
  • Knowledge of advanced silicon process nodes, TSV, CPO, and other new technologies (preferred).
  • Experience defining quality management system methodology and implementation (preferred).
