What you'll do

Lead hardware and software requirements development, decomposition, allocation, and traceability for complex electronic systems.
Perform system integration and characterize system performance across various environments.
Develop integration and verification plans and procedures to ensure proper system operation.
Conduct component trade studies and perform risk assessments to develop mitigation strategies.
Execute design verification testing including lab, chamber, ground, and flight tests.
Create and maintain technical documentation including TDPs, system specifications, and maintenance plans.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on production and design issues.
Develop and run simulations and analysis tools to predict system performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, Graduate Degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Active US Secret security clearance with a current 5-year update.
Experience with and an understanding of aerospace systems, especially in the development of integrated hardware/software products (preferred).
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (preferred).
Experience with MATLAB, LabView, Python, or C/C++/C# (preferred).
Experience in unmanned aircraft or guided weapon systems (preferred).
Experience in radar systems, other sensor modalities, tactical radio, or RF systems (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
