What you'll do

  • Lead technical concept and architectural design development for Tactical Communication products.
  • Provide technical support to Business Development and Product Development teams.
  • Manage requirements, technical baseline creation, and technical roadmap development.
  • Ensure system engineering process compliance through artifact review and risk analysis.
  • Lead solution design reviews and conduct detailed trade studies.
  • Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Generate accurate estimates for System Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs.
  • Write specifications, design documents, ConOps, and Interface Control Documents.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance (preferred).
  • Active Secret clearance (preferred).
  • Experience working within a large multidisciplinary engineering team.
  • Experience with DOORS requirements management software (preferred).
  • U.S. citizens.
