What you'll do

Perform systems engineering activities including requirements development, architecture definition, and interface management.
Develop and manage system-level requirements, interface definitions, and ICDs with clear traceability to customer needs.
Conduct trade studies, technical analyses, and performance assessments to support design decisions and risk reduction.
Create and maintain Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) artifacts using SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler.
Plan and execute integration and test activities across laboratory, ground, and flight environments.
Develop test plans and procedures for specialized equipment like anechoic chambers and spectrum analyzers.
Lead technical work by mentoring junior engineers and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Participate in formal design reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related STEM field and 6 or more years of relevant experience.
Graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of systems engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated background in requirements development, architecture definition, interface management, integration, verification, and technical reviews.
Experience developing technical artifacts such as system specifications, ICDs, verification plans, and test procedures.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical work, coordinate across disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and communicate with customers.
Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI (preferred) and ELINT domain experience (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
