What you'll do

Develop embedded software for space-based imaging payloads throughout the full software life cycle.
Implement algorithms, controls, and subsystems for complex space applications.
Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
Provide software support for units under test and on-orbit assets.
Observe Agile software development and engineering processes.
Communicate status, issues, milestones, and successes to leadership.
Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, and integration testing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and minimum 2 years of related experience.
Minimum 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 1 year of software development experience in C/C++.
Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
Background in developing and maintaining satellite payloads (preferred).
Knowledge in space domain and applications (preferred).
